Vallmo, Jätte-, orangeröd

Perennial, stately garden plant that is very decorative. The flower stalk has large buds and bright orange-red flowers. The sturdy, lobed leaves are densely hairy and silver-green in color. Cut off the withered flower stalk and there may be an extra flowering in August. Undemanding, drought tolerant but water the plant when it is small.
