Beautiful blue-flowering herb with silvery-green, slightly fuzzy, aromatic leaves. The leaves are used fresh or dried for poultry, pork, lamb and cabbage dishes. Also good in salads, potato dishes and dressings. Small, evergreen shrub that may need to be covered in winter to survive. Attracts many bees and insects. Harvest as you go, cut off whole stems for drying before the plant flowers. Hang upside down to dry. Thrives in loose soil, tolerates some drought and poor soil.
