Sallat, Romersk-, Lobjoits Gre

Produces elongated heads with strong, long and crisp leaves. Can be grown well into the fall. Repeated sowing gives access to fresh lettuce throughout the summer. Harvest thinnings before the plants get crowded, then harvest (approx. 2 months after sowing) whole plants gradually. Thrives best in moldy and well-drained soil that retains moisture. Water regularly.
