The taste of this stone mustard has been compared to wasabi, so it's very strong! Can be sown outdoors or in a pot. It can also be grown indoors all year round, in which case the leaves will have a slightly milder flavor. Blooms easily in summer - pinch off any flower stems. For a steady supply of fresh arugula, repeat sowing every few weeks. Cover with non-woven fabric to prevent insect pests. Harvest gradually when the leaves are about 7 cm long.
