Extra fast-growing arugula with toothed, flavorful leaves. Can be grown both outdoors and in pots. Also excellent to grow indoors all year round, as the leaves have a milder flavor. In high summer, the plant flowers easily - pinch off any flower stalks. For a steady supply of fresh mustard, sowing should be repeated every few weeks. Cover with non-woven fabric to prevent insect pests. Harvest gradually when the leaves are about 7 cm long.
