A beautiful pumpkin perfect for cooking. Similar in shape to a musk pumpkin. Great for pickling or for use in pies. Pumpkins to be stored must be ripe when harvested. Easy to grow, can be grown to cover the compost heap. Thrives in a sheltered, warm and sunny spot in well-fertilized and well-drained soil. Needs a lot of water and nutrients.
