Poppy Flowers 'Bread Seed'

Sow directly on the growing site in warm soil in April-May. Spread the seeds evenly, or sow in rows and thin out if necessary. Sow in the fall for earlier flowering next year. Copes with dry and lean soil.
Harvested seeds can be used for cooking. Note: the rest of the plant is poisonous and cannot be eaten
