Popular spice plant with strong growth and flavor. Rich in vitamins and iron. Excellent for freezing. Pre-germinated seed, which means that it germinates significantly faster than 'regular' parsley seed. Cultivation: Sow outdoors or indoors for earlier harvest start. Sow shallowly in rows outdoors in April-May. Indoors sow in March. Sow in small pots with seed soil; 5-10 seeds per pot. Germinate after 10-15 days at 20 degrees. (Normal seeds need about 3 weeks.) Grow on in a cooler place and plant out as soon as the risk of night frost is over. Feel free to bring in a couple of seedlings and grow in a pot in the fall.
