Peashoots - Microgreens

Grow in a pot or seed tray indoors all year round. Sprinkle the seeds over the surface of the soil and cover with a very thin layer of soil. Keep the soil moist. Peas are fun and tasty sprouts that can often be harvested after just seven days. The sweet sprouts are great for sandwiches, salads or soups.
