Parsnip Guernsey - 0.5 g

Root vegetable with a sweet taste. Semi-long, smooth white roots. Sow in damp sow furrows when the soil is ready for use. Keep the soil moist until the seeds have the spire. Thin if needed when the plants are 5 cm. Harvest late for bigger ones roots. Can also be sown in the fall for earlier harvesting.
