Mejram

Easy to grow and good seasoning herb. Used in pea soup, pizza, meat sauce and salads. Small, low plant with small white flowers. Can be sown indoors all year round and harvested early. Harvested gradually, the entire stem is removed for drying before the plant flowers. Tie into small bouquets and hang upside down to dry. Thrives best in porous, mold-rich soil, not too loamy.
