This variety of pointed cabbage is medieval and produces pointed, crispy and very tasty heads. Harvested when the head is well developed. Use it fresh in salads, for example, or eat it lightly bruised in wedges. Thrives best in a slightly clayey, rich and well-drained soil. Water during drought.
