Cucumber-like vegetable with Mexican ancestry. Yields plenty of 3 cm speckled fruits. Suitable for salads, stir-fries and pickling. Has a meandering growth habit that requires tying up. Top at 1.5-2 m height. Cut off side shoots after 2-3 leaves. Nutritious soil in a protected, warm place or in a greenhouse. Plant directly in a bucket. Water abundantly. Fertilize occasionally. Harvest July-September.
