Beetroot 4 colours mixture - 3 g

Multi-colored mixture of beets. Excellent for beet carpaccio. So directly in moist soil in a sunny place when the soil is warm and the risk of night frosts is over. Keep moist. Thin when the plants have come up and hold the soil light and porous. Feel free to cover the root with soil if it becomes visible. Also the Young, tender leaves are edible and go well in salads.
