Yucca palm – facts and advice on care

The Yucca palm is available in various varieties, from small plants that look great on a windowsill to large palms with bottle-shaped trunks that can stand on the floor or on a pedestal.
- Placement
Prefers direct to filtered sunlight, warm to cool temperatures, preferably cool in winter. - Watering
Water when dry, moderately in winter. - Fertilizer
Fertilize twice a month from spring to autumn. - Pruning
Can be pruned in early spring, including the main trunk. Prefers a dormant period in winter, 10–15 degrees.
