Extend summer in the garden

August to October are excellent months for planting, you can plant shrubs, trees, berries and perennials as long as the frost stays away from the ground. Winter greens and conifers should be planted in August/September, depending on where you live in the country, so that they have time to establish themselves before winter comes. Water well. Consider choosing plants that have a later flowering period so that you can enjoy your garden for a longer period.

Points of light in the form of an illuminated tree or bush make the garden more alive, even in the darkest months. An open fire in a fire bowl or fire basket enlivens the garden. Small light sources in the form of lanterns or torches create a mysterious and cozy atmosphere.
